Ultra endurance, and heavy lifts?

A tough balancing act that requires a lot of consideration along the way. Luckily this is something I specialize in. 

​

Following this protocol that is built off a strong base (pun intended) I have been able to run 2 100 mile runs on a week notice with minimal run training as well as running over 600 miles up the coast of California on a broken foot. Yes your mental fortitude will be put to the test in this and you will be unstoppable in accomplishing your goals.

Our goal is to put you on legs that will not break and build an iron mind that won't crack. something no other plans focus on! you deserve both!

This program is here to help push you to new levels of endurance. Time, effort, sweat and tears will go into this one - but that’s why it fascinates you, isn’t it?

16 weeks
$6.25/week or less than $0.90/day

What you get.

  • 16 week training plan - Training for a marathon or 50k we will focus on progressing your top end strength alongside increasing your cardio endurance & VO2 max.

* IF you are interested in going BIGGER 60k to 100 miles and want a more tailored plan head over to 1-1 coaching and lets get you across that finish line in PR (person record) time.

  • Goal-specific programming, with strategy and information provided to support your training.

A quick glimpse at your nutrition, with supportive guidelines.

  • Athlete Requirements:

Lifting: compound movement focused (Deadlift, Squat), for best results athlete should be comfortable with free weights but we can always supplement alternatives.
